FutureMinds Development Initiative (FMDI) is a national, non-governmental organization registered in 2008, and started operations in 2009. The organization is presently located in the city of Ibadan, Oyo state. Through our multifaceted projects, we explore opportunities of bringing healthcare closer to people, we identify vulnerable group of people in the community, link them with the right health care facility for medical attentions and also providing some medication interventions through eHealth methodology.
We also focus on preparing youth to be productive citizens of the society, by creating a range of opportunities that are necessary to develop them into well rounded individuals.
Our mission is to be a leading organization committed to providing innovative and cutting edge approaches to addressing diseases of public health importance in a fast changing world. Also, to network with reputable local and international organization with similar objectives of creating sensitization and awareness on diseases that is of public importance.
With its years of existence, FMDI has successfully designed, implemented and managed Health outreaches and community sensitization programs, malaria based research studies which have tremendously impacted into our national development.
The outstanding success of this organization is credited to its renowned and credible founder complemented by skilled and dedicated staff in the health industry.
FMDI areas of focus, competencies and skills include; Training, Education, operations research, Service delivery and partnership building.
The organization has grown under the strong and able leadership of the founder – Dr. Tunde Ali backed by a dedicated work force of 25 staff in various departments. In our young but modest history, we remain focused and committed.

Aims and Objectives
- To provide free education, awareness and health care services to the children, youth, women and other vulnerable groups in the society.
- To contribute to national HIV/AIDS prevention by facilitating linkage to care and treatment and providing support services for women, children and youths in Nigeria communities.
- To network with reputable local and international organization with similar objectives of creating sensitization and awareness on diseases that are of public health importance.
